I suspect that shipping with some amount of paint bugs is probably tolerable 
(although I would prefer if we could deal with the worst offenders), but that 
we really ought to block on fixing the style part. Otherwise, the API is pretty 
much unusable as soon as you want to start writing styles that apply to less 
than the whole page (or if you manage to work around the limitations, you'll 
end up with content that breaks once we fix the implementation).
