Hi,
Steam lately works fine with screen readers, even the sign in part. On the
mac it's way more complicated to set up but on windows it should be fine.
And the picture in picture is more accessible. But without it, you can also
do stuff. What I do is, install steam, sign in, and then use the web
browser to install games, you can search on google for any game, purchase
and install it, it will open the client on the web and it should work.
