That's because unlike all of their other games, the rights to Q9 were sold to Hartgen Consultancy for the games pack for their Leasey add in for JAWS. All of their other games they simply abandoned.
As for Chopper Challenge, I believe I have found it. I haven't tried it yet so it may still have the same corruption problem that other copies of it have.
