I think it’s server work or something similar. That would be my guess.

But now it shows a blank template from some web software like Enginex or something. The 403 error comes up if you type www.vgstorm.com, but vgstorm.com without the www has the blank Enginex template; so it doesn't look like they're gone; it looks like they are completely redesigning the site and soon it will reappear.
