You need to be in america to use it, however as with ear hocky just make
your country us and you can get the app.
Change it back to whatever your country is and you can still use and
update it quite happily.
Now I have more things I can do by myself.

Today I decided to look at getting an amazon device and setting it up.
However it appears to play games at least I don't need to.
You need to go to the store in windows 10 and get alexa.
In order to do this, you need to go to settings and search for
language and change your country in region to unighted states.
Once thats done you can set it up in store and then can change things
back.
To avoid issues such as the app doing things you don't want it to do,
make sure its setup not to sign in at startup and make sure in
background apps that its button is unchecked.
You can use the wake word hands free or push to talk.
I found out I could use it to start the vortex game so maybe I don't
need to buy my alexa device after all.
On a secondary mode I wander if I can access some stuff I need
without a device that is a potentially cool situation.
