What I do when I am replaying the game is:
1. I sell all the goblin items that I don't want to keep
2. I walk away from the blacksmith for a moment
3. I walk back to the blacksmith and start talking to him.
If I have sold enough items to him, he will say "thank you" and offer
me a special weapon. If I have not sold enough items to him, I will go
back to get some more from the mines.

King quest. You cansell the goblin items the way you would sell any

item.
just ask the blacksmith if you can buy something, then press “tab” to
start
selling your goblin items.
I am not sure how many items you need to sell to complete the quest, but
if
you have already finished the goblin king quest, you probably have
enough.
You might have to walk away from the blacksmith for a minute or two
after
selling the items, then, the next time you talk to him the quest should
get
completed.
