You cansell the goblin items the way you would sell any other item. just ask the blacksmith if you can buy something, then press “tab” to start selling your goblin items. I am not sure how many items you need to sell to complete the quest, but if you have already finished the goblin king quest, you probably have enough. You might have to walk away from the blacksmith for a minute or two after selling the items, then, the next time you talk to him the quest should get completed.
