Bitcoin is no more or less accessible than the client you use to do your
tranactions. Most of the bitcoin clients have a command line ode which
works just fine with any speech platform, and since there's versions of
bitcoin for any platform, that means anybody who wants to can use
bitcoin with no trouble at all. Read your documentation for the bitcoin
client you're using, if it doesn't talk about command line usage, then
get another one.

Hi, this is Tyler, the blind musician, I love games, and I seem to be
the only person who cares that much Bitcoin technology is very
inaccessible for the blind. I'm finding workarounds though, and I want
to start publishing them on my site! But I hope to make some
blind-accessible video games one day! Yeah; games that sighted people
would enjoy as far as visuals, but they would also feature stereo
effects and other accessible things.
