Well its recomended you do not put it in program files.
On the outofsight twitter though they recomend emailing supp...@outofsightgames.com
Its aparently something to do with permitions of files, and they say they have fixed it but if people are having issues then there is a fix for that.
I have win7 and run it in root, obviously that may or may not work, my plan is to try run as admin but who knows.
