Hi,
Steam is (partially) accessible to blind users. Create the account on the site 
or in the client and you're good.
To use the client, you need to turn on the jaws cursor (instead of PC cursor) 
and modify the path to the file. The easiest way to do so is to press the 
application key on the steam link on the desktop, select properties and add a 
spacebar followed by --no-dwrite behind the path. That's all.
