Hi,
As usual, there are a number of ways to do something. Thanks; I had already
used Start, settings, ddate and did the job. But the current suggestion is
appreciated.

You can open a DOS window; at the DOS PROMPT, type the word time and press
enter.
The current time will be displayed and then you can type in the correct
time and press enter.
The same process can be used for date instead of time.
When you are finished; at the DOS prompt type the word exit and press
enter.

Hi,
I cannot recall how to bring up date and time to make a correction; this
is on an XP pro system.
Thanks in advance.
