Hello,

First of all, remove Norton. In my experience it made the machine lag and was generally a pain in the ass. I use Microsoft security essentials and recommend it to all Windows users. It's so unobtrusive as it just runs in the background. As for WLM, once she familiarizes herself with the program it doesn't require two many things in the way of shortcuts or commands. It's quite a simple layout. What version is she using? 2009 or the more recent versions with the ribbon?

Hope this helps!

but for some reason, I can't get rsgames installed. Also, she uses windows
live mail for email and she is wanting a list of commands so she can
familiarize herself better with how the program works....etc. If someone could
send me some information on this, I'd appreciate it. Where can I get a list of
commands for wlm? would I be better off getting someone to turn off norton so
I can put in Microsoft security essentials? thanks.
