A search box should appear. Type msconfig in the box. It should be the first program that appears in the list. Then, press enter on it. When the program opens, do control tab until you land on start up. From here you can up or down arrow until you find the program you are looking for. Press the space bar to check or uncheck it from the list. Finally, tab to OK and press enter. This should do it. Be careful not to uncheck the system programs. That could cause all kinds of troubles.
