ok the only way to take the audio from a youtube vidio is say u could use
something like sound recorder to recorder in a wav format.
you could use any thing like sound forge,or cdex. just a few suggestions.

I'd like to chime in here on this converter.
Just know that for most of the time it will convert a you tube into MP3,
but occasionally there are some items it will not. You might get a
message stating that it's an invalid URL. I had this to happen last night
as well as few other times.
I do not know of any work around either.
