Thanks, that was also on my trouble shooting to do tips list. I always post
just to see if there were any nifty ideas just in case I over look one.
Well, off to uninstall then to the  jaws-users.com site to get the program
cuzz the executable is on my hd.

IF you tried restarting the computer and that didn't work than I would
uninstall it, reboot, reinstall it and reboot again.
