Yes. All I get from JAWS is all of these graphic numerications and all the
items in the systems tray.

Have you tried routing jaws to pc, going to the bottom of the window and
seeing what message is at the bottom?
When I had Norton, I had to do that to proceed...

I keep getting this popup from Norton's Internet Security. I cannot get
to
come off using the Alt F4, or going through the menu bar. Can anyone tell
me how to get rid of this crazy thing? I am using Microsoft Security
Essentials on a Vista OS with JAWS version 11.
