I do believe that I now have it working. There was one message that I received every day and it did not show up today. It is not even in my junk folder. I did a search for block senders list not working in wlm 2011. One of the forums that the search found stated that it is a bug in wlm 2011 and to go to control panel and run a repair on windows essentials.
