Hi
I am using MS outlook 2010 and it creates a separate in box etcetera
for every E-Mail account you have. I accidentally found my way in to the
message rules section and found that you can direct the E-Mail from a
particular account to go in to any particular folder. Thus, you can have all
your E-Mails from all your accounts going in to one in box. However, all the
extra in boxes... are still in your folder view.

God bless,
Mark

God Loves you!

Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] outlook 2010

Hi,
I asked this question before and my computer had situations, so I do not
know if someone responded. I am asking those who have outlook 2010. My
question is when creating both accounts, do you get two inboxes, sent
messages folder, drafts folder etc? If not, and if you have the emails from
both accounts are going into one inbox how did you accomplish that? I all of
a sudden have two email accounts and now two inboxes, sent messages etc. I
just want one inbox, sent messages, drafts etc. If anyone can help that
would be appreciated.
Thank you very much.
