Hi Janet, Yes it is very easily accessed. I am running XP Home / Pro with Jaws10 thru 12 & don't have any problems. I must also say, it is like any other program, there will be a learning curve to the program, but once you get the hang of it, it works very easy. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
