If you are using the regular fb page, press b until you hear account button menu, press space bar, then on the next window that pops up, press b to jump to the log out button and press space bar and you are done. On the mobile facebook site, list your links and press l until you hear log out and press enter or spacebar and you are done. I have confirmed this method to have worked, because I just tried it before I sent this message. Take care.
