Which email client are you using,
The steps are different if your using MSOutlook.

I was impressed with this as it is something I have learned here.
however one thing prevents me from doing this
the bcc field is not listed when I press the tab key
any idea on how I can get it in to the list as well as to from cc and 
subject fields?
