Hi,
about the JAWS email question:
open the jaws window/menu, go to options, then voices, then voice
adjustment...
after that, tab several times until you here "punctulation combo box".
Change the value to some or none and then press Ok.
If you never made changes to your voice profiles, press save as, then Give
your profile a name or accept the default one, and then press Ok.
Then, answer yes to the default profile question if you want.
Now press escape and return to your program.
This is only if you didn't made changes to your voices.
If you did changed some voice settings previously, just press ok or enter
after changing the punctulation and return to your program.
If you are using JAWS 9 and older, open the options menu, go to voices, and
then, global adjustment...
then, tab and change the punctulation to none or some and press OK.
regards,
Adi Kushnir.
