[Blind-Computing] How do you add a new person to a distribution list in outlook 2007?

Hi all,
I have a distribution list set up in outlook 2007, and I want to add another 
person to the list. How do I do it? I know how to set up the list, but don't 
know how to add another person to it. I am running windows 7, jaws 12, 
outlook 2007, on a 64 bit machine. Thanks for your help here. Jim
