you can't, use, MSE.
your only running XP,service pack2,
so, MSE is not going to work.
I first would update your operating system, to service pack 3.

I want to download microsoft security essentials but when I go to download
it, internet explorer won't let me. It says something like "unable to
download. Try again later". Any ideas as to what could be causing this
