Shirley, r u sure nothing happens? In Webvisum, general settings, check the option that says 'Use regular alert dialogs for notifications. For Window Eyes users or when WebVisum alerts are not read to you by your screen reader.' Also, if the hotkey doesn't work, try right-clicking (applications key) & choose 'solve captia'.
