Hi all.
Instantbird is just fantastic. I have in fact uninstalled both AIM and
Windows Live Messenger and use Instantbird full time.
Unfortunately there is no way to customize the buddy list, apart from
showing offline contacts. Don't forget this is a new project, 0.2 being
in fact the first stable version. Looking at the roadmap over at
wiki.instantbird.org, there will be significant improvements in the next
few versions. An example is eventually we will be able to transfer files
and have voice or video chat.
Take care.

Hello all. Has anyone tried instant bird? it is a messaging client put
out by mozilla. It is like miranda in that you can sign onto multiple
messaging clients such as msn or aim. It even has a few more I think. I
do like it but can't seem to work with the on line users list that
great. Does anyone know if someone is working on jfw scripts for it?
Anyone have any luck in using it and making it more like the msn layout?
Thanks for any info.
