Windows Aero is a "glass" effect. It also makes the Windows look 3D. Not
useful for the totally or severely visually impaired. The good news is
that for those with enough vision the full screen magnifier built into
Windows 7 (all editions) supports Windows Aero.

Visual Features are things like Windows Aero. Windows Media Player is
included but not Windows Media Centre.

Windows 7 Starter lacks the visual features of Home Premium. It also
lacks the ability to watch TV or play DVDs.
