[Blind-Computing] recovering e-mail, .dbx

Hello, I recently reformatted my hard drive and I have the e-mails from 
outlook express off the computer.  I cant remember what the name of the 
program was to open the e-mails again.  Does anyone have the name of a 
program to open .dbx file types?  Thank you Heather
