[Blind-Computing] Backing Up E-mails to CD

Hello all. I am starting to notice some instability with Outlook Express. I am 
using Windows SP Service Pack 3 and Roxio version 10 if memory serves. I am 
wondering how do I go about copying my e-mails to CD. I have many folders 
within OE and some contain 
e-mails I would so hate to lose. 
Which files do I copy to CD? Thanks in advance for any help you might be able 
to provide.
