Anytime I wrote, "say all," it should be "Say line."

Hi Russ,

I really appreciate your help. I am not an expert on computers but with all 
of your guise help, I will learn a lot. Thank you  once again and I will 
write again when I encounter a problem. Which I know that I will have more 
problems with this version of windows and Word 2007 because I'm new to this
