Depends on how you have it set, go to configuration manager, and set it how you want. I have my auto forms mode off, so I still have to hit enter. An for field opening every time I arroa over it gets kind of anoying.

The easiest way i know to do this is to open the page. it is usually the first edit field so hit control home to get to top of the page then hit e to get to the field you want. type what you want it to say and then hit tab to get to the button to share and hit enter. This is using the mobile version but the normal one should be the same i think.
