I knew how to do this in Excel 2003, but have not tried to do it in Office 2007. However, I think if you have the comment and the date in the same cell, you are going to run into problems getting the formula set up. You would be better off if you could separate that data so that the comment is in one cell, and the date in the cell next to it.
I will be interested in seeing how this is done. I'm sure someone on this list has the answer. If not, you should subscribe to the Office 2007 and Screen readers Group.
