download the install package yourself, instead of (I'm assuming) trying to
make use of jaws' own update facility:

I had a problem with my computer. At one time, I had jaws 1430 update on
this computer, but I had a problem with Verizon the other day, and in
trying to fix it, I uninstalled the latest update to Jaws 11, 1430. . the
problem with Verizon was resolved, and, I shouldn't have uninstalled jaws
1430. It was unnecessary. I tried to download the latest update to Jaws,
that is, 1430, and I can't do it. It keeps saying that another version of
the product is on this computer and the download cannot continue. Is there
any way I can download this update again? Jim I am running windows 7, jaws
11, update, 11.34 at this point and want jaws 11, 1430. Jim
