Hi,
I had that problem a good while back on my HP computer. It's a notice that
HP puts out called, Program Updates.
I did disable that, but right now, as of this writings, I cannot remember
how I did it.
Maybe through the start menu maybe there's a submenu for it, I know it's in
my control panel, but don't thing that's where to go, think you can just
remove it there.
Maybe also look on your C: drive under programs HP has some stuff there too.
If I can get my feeble brain to workin', can let you know.
Does it show up in your system's tray?
