Hi Arianna,
My guess is that the web browser is set to use a different connection then the wireless. If you are using IE there should be a setting to select witch internet connection IE uses to connect to the web. I set mine to "any available connection". That way if you are switching between dial up and a different connection the web browser switches automatically.
    I hope this helps.

God bless,
Mark

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Wireless connection problem

I'm working on a student's computer and the wireless card has picked up our router, but when I try to go onto the internet it's as if I'm not connected
though when I look at the connection dialog box it says I am.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I might do or why this
should be happening?

Arianna
