W3Schools.com is a web site that provides multiple tutorials on many
different web related languages, such as JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and even
other ones.
I would personally recommend them too, I used them when I was getting
started with web design.

I would like to create my own website so I can offer my services to
others
but I have no clue how to do so and I don't know where to begin. Can
