What version of jaws do you have?

There were a few upgrade instances shortly after the release of jaws 11 to sort out other issues with windows 7, like jaws needing to be reauthorised a few times, so they might have also sorted out issues like this one.

I use, on my other computer, jaws 11 (latest minor version number), and don't have any issues like this at all.

Stay well

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Okay... This is so absurd with jaws 11 andwindows 7. It keeps crashing.

I honestly don't understand why this keeps happening, but something with my
jaws 11 is not set properly. I was burning a CD earlier using express burn
and all of a sudden my jaws crashed. It wouldn't even let me do a reload or
a reboot, so I had to press the power button on my laptop to turn it off
completely, and turn it back on again. Every now and then when I am checking
Emails in office outlook or viewing a file, when I try down arrowing jaws
keeps jibber jabbering and takes at least two seconds to start again. When I
read a message in office to correct any typos before sending, jaws is so
very sluggish reading. This is really getting on my nerves now. If someone
is willing to please write me off list at:
[email protected]
would it be okay if you could please possibly do a tandem to determine
whether something is not set properly here with jaws 11? It would mean a
lot. Thanks!
