In an open message do an alt b then tab about 2 or 3 times then the bcc
should come up.

I don't know if it is the same but you can try opening a new email message
and then hit applications key and arrow down. There should be a place
there
where you can hit enter and the bcc field should become available in all
emails. Hope I am remembering correctly.
