Hello all, please can you help? I'm trying to access my 'Documents' folder on my external drive. Whilst I can access all the files and folders on my Windows 7 laptop, whenever I try to access it on a Windows XP computer, I get an error message that the folder is not accessible; access denied. Does anyone know what settings I need to change to make folders available to both Windows 7 and XP computers? Please note they are not shared on a network, so it is not a sharing issue. Also, the Windows 7 I have on my laptop is 64 bit whilst the XP computer I'm writing this message on now is 32 bit. If editions matter, my laptop is using Home Premium whilst the computer I'm writing on is Professional. Thank you very much. Please reply as soon as possible. Take care. >From Chris.
