To my knowledge, there is no easy way to use Naturally Speaking with most screen readers. You can buy JSay for about 500 pounds if you use JAWS, then it works well. I believe, but am not sure, that if you run System Access or System Access toGo, you can access some of Dragon's specialized correction features.
