Focus on the In box, go to the View menu, arrow down to Current View submenu
and hit Enter, then arrow up once to Group Messages by Conversation and hit
Enter. This should restore your messages to normal expanded mode.

Hi, everyone. I'm now getting messages that say "collapsed". I've never
had that happen before. Is there a way to get rid of the "collapsed"
message? Any help would be very much appreciated.
