My major problem with IE 8 seems to relate to the use of a virtual version
of it when editing an email in OE when, although mine is set to use plain
text, I'm replying to a message that was sent in HTML, and sometimes I end
up saving it to drafts, and restart both outlook express etc., and this
using the latest version of jaws 10 etc., so might also soon be reverting
back to IE 7.

I've reverted back to IE7.
True some pages loaded faster, but quite often it took ages to open pages.
Also, Bookshare books wouldn't open in IE8.
