If you are using Vista, make sure that the "Automatically adjust clock for
Daylight Saving Time " is checked.  Otherwise make sure that it is set to
observe Daylight Savings Time and it should be set to use daylight Savings
Tine now.  Unless, of course, you are in a part of the country that does not
observe Daylight Savings Time like Arizona.  If this does not work, perhaps
you never got the Windows Update patch to move the date to switch by several
weeks earlier.  I think this patch came out over a year ago.  Either look
for the update or wait another week.  I think the original date to switch
would be Saturday night.
