Hi listers. I am having trouble printing envelopes on my Dell P1500 laser printer using MS Word 2007 under XP Pro. When I go to the Envelopes menu (Alt-M, E), type in the delivery address and then hit Space on the Print button, nothing happens. I have the envelope inserted correctly in the paper guides, but it doesn't feed into the printer. If I replace the envelope with a standard-sized sheet of paper, it still doesn't print. Yet, when I cancel the Envelope menu and return to the document window, type a document and then print it using Control-P, it prints fine, so there's no problem with the printer. The printer works fine in every program except the Word 2007 Envelope menu. I can print letters, emails web pages etc., but I just can't seem to print envelopes. Anyone have any idea how to get Word 2007 to print envelopes? Thanks for any help.
