Subject: [Blind-Computing] strange issue with Sappi 5

Hi, I am running Windows XP, and I encountered a problem when I
installed Via Voice (which is the same as Eloquence, which is why I
installed it) so that I could use it with Klango. While it responded
well to Klango, it seemes to have corrupted my Sappi 5 voices. There
is another program I use that requires Sappi 5, and now it will not
run, it gives me a runtime error message. Since Sappi 5 is embedded in
Windows XP (so that Narrator can run and such) is there a way that I
can uninstall it, or fix this problem? I have already removed ViaVoice
since this was the cause of the problem. A friend of mine also tried
using Via Voice and the same thing happened to his computer, so now
we're both in the same predicament, and would really appreciate any
help you guys could give us.
