No, I'm not seeing any of that here. Instead of getting frustrated lol, delete everything that's in your JAWS settings folder. To get there, go to start, all programmes, JAWS 10.0, explore JAWS, explore my settings. Doing this will allow a clean slate for your user profile. Hope this helps.
