I was in fact using NVDA some, but it also seemed to have a minor issue with the websites while the correct graphics drivers weren't loaded - not sure how that occurs, but anyway.
Managed to get a sighted person to go enter the code and download the driver package, and now have it installed, and jaws is working fine, but still need to sort out the authorisation, but have sent the reset requests to FS.
