Oscar, Sapio is essentially a 'Compiler toolchain' you run it once and then send money to the contract. This is like Solidity in Ethereum.
Sapio Studio is a GUI for interacting with the outputs of a Sapio contract. This is like Metamask/web3.js in Ethereum. It's really not comparable to Lightning. recommend starting with learn.sapio-lang.org :) Cheers, Jeremy
