Well it supports FAT32, that is not the problem. We state clearly though that FAT32 does not support hardlinks, so BiT will use much more space on a FAT32 drive than on Ext2/3/4 or NTFS. The 4 GB limit of FAT32 is another characteristic of FAT32 why we think that it is not recommended to use as a Backup medium (not only for BiT btw, because other programmes are limited by FAT32 in the same manner)
