Bug description:
It would be great to track all changes to files, not only the ones which were
caught in the one of the scanning cycles. This can be easily implemented via
using inotify. Also, using inotify can greatly reduce system load.
Actually, this is not a bug, but I'm not sure where to post it. Please set
"wishlist" importance for it.
